Here we have detailed some of the more commonly asked questions from how to order to what turnaround times you can expect, if you have a question that has not been answered within the list below please contact us and we will reply to your query within 24 hours (sooner in most cases)

How do I request a pricelist?

You can request a pricelist here simply tell us about your business and the products you are interested in and we will get back to you within 24 hours ~ PLEASE be specific as Andalucian Exports deals with several product categories and not an overall catalogue


How do I place my order?

Once you have decided on the products you require please email us with your list, your order will then be sent directly to the manufacturer. You will then receive an invoice.


I need products from different manufacturers, can I mix a pallet?

Yes, pallets can be mixed by taking advantage of our re-stacking service. Your order(s) will then arrive at the Andalucian Exports warehouse where the pallets will be split and condensed.


Can I mix cases?

To qualify for wholesale prices full cases must be purchased (see pricelists for case sizes)


What is the minimum order?

Andalucian Exports has different minimum order levels (see pricelists for details). Terracotta and hand painted ceramics have a minimum order of €1000.


How long does delivery take?

Delivery times will depend on the nature of the goods you require, direct from the producer will usually take in the region of 5  – 6 days to EU countries (contact us for International delivery times) however hand painted ceramics are painted to order – production time is usually 15 – 20 days prior to dispatch. Hams and locally cured meats are dispatched within 48 hours with a delivery time of 5 days within the EU.


Some of my order is broken, can I get a refund?

Yes, digital images will be required. We strongly advise however allowing a non refundable shrinkage % for your ceramics order given the nature of the product.


Can I specify a delivery slot?

Unfortunately delivery slots outside Spain cannot be arranged.


My delivery note is in Spanish, can you help?

Yes. Simply contact us with any queries you have and we will be happy to help.


How much is delivery?

Delivery charges will vary depending on the nature of your order and will be charged according to the shipping companies tariffs. A delivery quote will be arranged prior to any transaction being made for your approval. Customers may also organise their own shipping – simply let us know the details and we will be happy to arrange with the manufacturer the collection of your order.


How do I pay for my goods?

Payment for goods is required up front which is standard practice in Spain, we can accept bank transfer for International transactions or alternatively credit card payment.


I need a mixture of products from different suppliers do I pay more than once?

Yes, for example if you require stock from two manufacturers then there will be separate invoices to pay.


Do I pay Spanish VAT (IVA)?

If you are a business outside the European Union then no VAT is charged. For VAT registered businesses within the European Union no VAT will be charged providing you forward us your business VAT registration number. Spanish VAT (IVA) is applicable to non registered businesses within the EU.


How much is Spanish tax?

Spanish VAT or ‘IVA’ is currently set at 21%.


Are there any additional charges?

Standard bank charges will apply for all transactions and a small delivery charge may be applicable should you wish consignment re-stacked/compressed.


Can you arrange a visit to the manufacture?

Yes, we are happy to arrange visits to several manufacturers – please contact us for details.


Can I use your photographs?

Unfortunately we do not allow images from Andalucian Exports or our sister site Orce Serrano Hams to be copied for commercial use.
