Seriously though this is one of our local butchers best sellers, so much so we have to reserve them every week.
Product Description: Salchichon de Orce – Made from choice cuts of lean minced pork this home made salchichon de Orce (Granada) is an excellent example of truly artisan embutidos from the Andalucian village of Orce. Our mildly fragranced Carniceria de Julian salchichon which is unique to the village of Orce is still made following a local traditional recipe from days gone by. Visitors from neighbouring villages buy this sausage in bulk due to its fabulous taste and authentic production.
